What does fundid.ai do with your personal information?
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some — but not all — sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully.

What we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details, property address, and financial goals — and information extracted from documents you choose to upload, such as a bank or mortgage statement. With your separate, documented consent we may obtain a soft credit inquiry from a consumer reporting agency; we never access your credit without it.
We also collect an estimated value for the property you identify, obtained from an automated valuation provider, and basic technical information needed to keep your session secure.
How we protect your information
We use safeguards that comply with federal law, including encryption of your information in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, tenant isolation enforced at the database layer, and a tamper-evident audit log of every action taken on your records.
All artificial-intelligence analysis of your personal information runs on infrastructure under our control. Your personal information is not transmitted to third-party AI providers, and our network is configured to block such transmission by default.
Your choices
Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes (information about your creditworthiness), affiliates marketing to you, and nonaffiliates marketing to you. fundid.ai does not engage in any of those types of sharing, so there is no sharing for you to limit. State laws may give you additional rights — see our Data Rights page to view, export, or request deletion of your information.
Definitions
Affiliates — companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates — companies not related by common ownership or control. Our service providers (for example, valuation and rate-data providers) act on our behalf under contract and are required to keep your information confidential.
Joint marketing — a formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. fundid.ai does not participate in joint marketing.
