- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — of personal information. fundid.ai does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to non-discrimination — you receive the same service and pricing whether or not you exercise any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights
Use the Data Rights Center inside your session for immediate self-service, or email privacy@fundid.ai from the address associated with your request. We confirm receipt promptly and respond within 45 days; if a request is unusually complex we may extend once, and we will tell you why.
We verify every request before acting on it, so nobody else can read or erase your records by pretending to be you. Deletion requests receive a dated receipt and an estimated completion date.
What we never do with your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
We do not use your personal information to train artificial-intelligence models for other companies or other customers. The AI that analyzes your documents runs on infrastructure we control, for the sole purpose of producing your verdict.
Some records must be retained for a period even after a deletion request — for example, consent and audit records that federal lending law requires us to keep. When retention applies, we tell you what is retained and why.
